Fusion 360 ToolPath error (Solved - lead-in/out issue)

Hi I have been designing this for my cousin and every time I try to create a tool path it says that it removed passes due to constants. It will cut the box but not the holes or the text.

I am using a MacBook with the newest version of Fusion 360

Use the little magnifying glass icon at the top of the page to search for “linking constraints”. There are numerous threads on this topic.

Okay thanks i will try that

Go back to design and highlight all your text in green and click on fix/unfix

It still is erroring.

Look at this thread. Toolpath-Linking constraint, F360

It’s most likely your lead in/out or kerf width.

Typically, Fusion provides the “Linking Constraints” error when your lead-in / lead-out is too large to fit within the cut. Just for testing, turn your lead-in / out off (should be a check box). Additionally, if you have a value in Pierce Clearance, that gets added to your lead-ins / outs. Set it to 0.

If you can generate a good tool path with no lead-in / out, go back in and turn leads on and adjust values.

If it still errors out, I’d say export your Fusion file and upload it so we can see what is going on.

It was the lead in / lead out. Thank you so much. It just generated the toolpath.
