On the fusion program i have small circles showing up at each line junction on the drawing, it will only make tool path from one circle to another.

ok, i got rid of circels but didn’t make difference, seems like each line needs to be marked to cut and not the entire project. is that making sence?

Your lines aren’t connected.

Try trimming a segment of the line with the circle. Then draw a new line to replace that. Make sure it is connected on both ends.
