Fusion 360 or Solidworks 2D?

Which is easier to learn Fusion 360 or Soildworks 2D for a beginner in Cad ?

I was referred to Inkscape. Currently using Qcad but also have an extensive background in mechanical design w/ GE Medical in designing the first CAT scanner(back-in-the-day), using the first CAD/CAM system available @ the time.

Solidworks 2D is easy, but it’s only 2D CAD and is therefore limited in capability (and probably why it’s easy…) . Also, it is not clear you can get Solidworks 2D anymore. It appears that Solidworks is now managed by a new company and, I suspect, they have totally different terms/products than Siemens did.
