A couple days ago we started having a problem with “Setup” and selecting a tool for a new project.
Our plasma cutter tools show up in the “Manage” section of the Tool Libraries in both Cloud and Local but when we try and complete a new “Setup”, no tools appear in either the Cloud or Local when clicking “Select”. Filters are off.
Was working fine for quite a while. Any ideas? Thanks.

Go to preferences in the top right corner and make sure the tool libraries are checked. Sometimes, during an update, fusion turns it off.

The fact that you can see your plasma tools in the library, you can export them to your hard drive by right clicking on the folder and selecting ‘Export tools’:
And then when you are trying to see them in another folder, right click on the folder and select ‘Import tools’, find the file on your hard drive and it will put them there:

Thanks for the input…it appears the cloud tool are ON…
And, the issue is only under “Setup” and “Select” where I no longer see any of the saved tools…at this screen, the “Import” function is not available…tools show in “Manage” under both Local and Cloud, just not in the “Select” Machine under Setup?

You are looking in “machines”. There is only one, usually, and that will be FireControl.
Have you loaded the post processor from the Langmuir website?

You are correct, no tools in the setup. You will see them when you are doing the tool path.

We actually don’t use a Machine definition in Fusion setup. Just define “Cutting” as the operation. Then, as mentioned above, when defining your tool path, select your tool(s) from your tool library.

I haven’t either for the last year or two. I just blast thru the set-up screen and pick the model. I don’t even name it. I wait until I get to the post processing page to name it.
Sorry…don’t need to share all of my bad habits in one post…I’m done ![:no_mouth: :no_mouth:](https://forum.langmuirsystems.com/images/emoji/twitter/no_mouth.png?v=12)
