Fusion 360 Lead out with THC

In ths section of the Langmuire Fusion 360 Tutorial on Toolpath Generation it says to not use lead out when using THC . I see 2 spots in the setup menu
there is a spot for setting lead out feedrate in the tool tab of the setup menu .(do i set this to ZERO)
Or do i simply deselect the Lead out box in the linking tab (final tab of Cam se

I always just left the lead out box unchecked with Fusion (using sheet cam now).
