I just started gettting this error message Fusion 360 error post processor not compatable with machine simulation, i just started gettign this error message with last fusion upgrade. any one else getting this error message?
beleive my version of fusion is Fusion 2605.1.18 x86_64
I’ve never seen this before and just tried it, works as normal.
Are you using a unique Simulation option? I’ve never used Simulate with Machine if that’s what you’re doing.
What’s the difference between Simulate and Simulate with Machine?
I have the same version as you. I never select a “machine” in this tab:
Without a “machine” selected or assigned, the simulation works fine. I don’t have a place for a check mark for “machine” like you are showing.
And whether I use Simulate or Simulate with Machine, no error:
Note: I have never put a “machine” in my setups. I don’t believe Fusion 360 does anything with that information since it uses the definition for your machine based on the post processor assigned on this page:
thanks every one i always used to select a machine even old prgrams that i previously made had same error to everyones point during simualation the machine is not needed. thanks everyone
