I imported a dxf, that I got off of fireshare, into Fusion 360 and it comes in as 3881 opbjects. I don’t know what I did different than other imports.
It likely just means whomever put the file to Fireshare had converted an image, like a jpeg, to a .dxf or .svg. It’s a common way to get an image into CAD.

You’ll want to delete the border unless you want to bridge some of the features. It’s the same image but without most of the stray points.
