i just drew a simple part in 360. loaded it on my computer on the plasma table loaded fine. The part drawn out it 360 measures out 12" x 8" on the cad program but when loaded to FIre Control it shows up 12.060 x 8.230. At first i thought it was that i Drew it wrong so i drew it again making sure that i had no offset turn on. reloaded same thing wrong dimentions. Loaded a differnt program and it also came up 8.060 x 8.230 whitch that part was suppost to be 8.00 x 8.00. made sure i was running the latest version of Fire Control witch I am. Reset fire control to factory defaults. I see no where on the Fire Control to change or add offsets. Any think I might be overlooking?
Post your .f3d after you did your cutpath.

If sharing a .f3d file is difficult I would do a 1”x1” and just measure and see if your getting those kinds of offset in your measurement
