New to THC and XR.
Unit will run fine on dry run with no trouble. until I try to cut, it will start a cut and stop with the following message ( THC Detected that your voltage was lost during the cut. )
It gives me 3 possibility 1, Check ground 2. check pierce height and cut height.
3. 2 cuts maybe to close together
I have cut height at .063
Spring back at .02
pierce delay 1
pierce height at 1
any help will be a great help

Pierce height should be more like 0.12-0.15 are you sure you aren’t missing a decimal there?

With the pierce delay I would start at .5 and go up from there. Most of the time I use .7

Thanks I changed that but still the same .

Try the THC health check to make sure you are getting a good voltage signal.

is the torch head touching the material on initial IHS sequence? if not then you’ll need to adjust the red torch mount down a little further to so the torch will be able to touch the material.
