Hello guys first time user from California. Built this drill holder. Have about 6 hours from drawing it up to learning how to cut it out. To getting all the systems running great. All the online information helped me get going right. Running a crossfire pro with old hypertherm 45. 60 gallon ir compressor. It cut this part with ease out of 3/16 plate. Little to no dross following the hypertherm manual. I had a little cad experience in college so that part was easy. Hopefully the next part will take a lot less time.

My first cuts were Last week. I took Fusion classes at local college which helped. I dialed in all my parameters from reading this site.
Thank you. Yea people are more than helpful here. I am glad I got mine a little later. Everyone else have worked out the kinks. Yea I got a press brake insert I built a year back for my 20ton. I want to make a finger brake but I need to find some 1/2 plate.
