The psi chart floating around is incorrect about the air pressure. Here is a good chart to use.

So you are saying just leave it at 75 even for 1/4" and under?
Yes, set the machine for 75 psi and go on with life. 75 while it is cutting. If it drops more than 5 or 6 psi, you must look inside at your internal
air solenoid.
The chart you are using is wrong. I have never seen a real Everlast 82i cut chart. The 82i also needs a post flow of 45 seconds for best torch and consumable life. As @Bigdaddy2166 said 70 to 75 psi flow works best.

Thank you, Everlast sent me one for the 62, and said it was good for the 82, obviously they were wrong
