a fireshare file will not download with custom settings only as is. how do i add feed and pierce delay?
Are you downloading a dxf or an SVG file from fire share? Were you downloading a ready-cut file? In a lot of cases these files are compressed and will need to be extracted to function.
Which project is it on fireshare can you post it.

.nc file cut ready. the link with the custom cut parameters doesn’t work
This NC file is a fully finished file the only way you can customize it by either editing it manually ( which I don’t really recommend) or dialing up and down the feed rate and Pierce delay in fire control.

Firecontrol has overrides, why not use that?
not sure how to do that i thought that was to change and existing feed
I just downloaded that file and set the speed to 100 IPM and .5 pierce delay with no problem. The file downloads as a zip file that has to be extracted before use. I opened the code and the speed and delay were what I selected at download.

hmmm every time i try and clicked it it went right back the the download page. i put in 140 ipm and 0.4 sec
aahh i see now. it doesn’t like 0.4 prefers .4 how would one know that. hyperthem lists it as 0.4 which is what i entered
