I use a Miller Spectrum Extreme 625 with my CrossFire (new version supporting FireControl). This cutter takes additional time to refire after fire off. Hence, subsequent cuts do not properly pierce. Miller provides a “ready to move” signal which is clearly intended to address this. It would really be nice if FireControl had provision to use this signal. There are workarounds for this problem (edit the gcode to increase the pierce delay after the first cut or modify the Fusion 360 post processor so this happens automatically), but really the right way to handle it is to use “ready to move”.
