I am getting this error on all of my programs. I had no problems yesterday and cut several pieces. Now I get this error and I can do nothing. I tried deleting and reinstalling FireControl but still have the same issue.
That’s not related to the THC at all. That line is a motion command. Is it possible that this line takes your torch outside the table limits?
Edit: It seems like this is an issue with the limit switches. One of your limit switches is triggered and preventing the code from running.

It did appear that my Y-axis limit switch was triggered. I loosened the Y-axis trigger bolt and backed it off so it was no longer being triggered. I attempted to run a program and got the exact same error.
I suggest turning off or disabling the limit switches for now
Jog the torch to the left front corner of the table and hit “zero all axis” on the work coordinates tab. Then try to load your program again.

I apologize for not responding for some time. I have been working with Langmuir and they did send me a new motion control board. I reset to factory defaults but now I cannot home the machine and the X and Y machine coordinates are -23.49 and 23.069. I can’t reset my soft limits if I can’t home the machine. I also asked Langmuir if they could help. Without getting into to many personal details I am a 64yo diagnosed 2 years ago with dementia and having thing things explained in details really helps but understand when people don’t have the time.
If you don’t have the need for limit switches, i would turn them off. As a few of the guys on here can attest, they cause more trouble than anything, especially on a smaller table.

I turned off the limit switches and was able to run my program. I appreciate this very much. Too bad I spent this money on something I now will never use.
