Do you have to do anything to the cut ready projects on foreshare and can you use the ones that are not cut ready for free
Everything on Fireshare is free.
When you download a cut ready file, it will give you the option to edit some parameters to suit your plasma cutter and metal thickness.
If it’s not cut ready, that usually means it’s just a DXF or SVG drawing that you will have to post process into a g code file that can be cut

It is in cut ready but I download it and all I get is a bunch of typing looks like giberish no pic of

I keep getting a his error alarm and it is highlighted green in fire control can’t get it to not be highlighted
Huh. And you did all the initial alignment and calibration on your system?
Did a number of test cuts on the material you want to use and fine tuned the parameters?
Downloaded the ‘Cut Ready’ file and then post processed it using Fusion 360 or SheetCam?
I can’t imagine what the problem might be then…

Does your table have a powered Z axis? If not, the light will always be green. You can’t run cut ready files that we’re made for IHS.
Fireshare now has an option, at the bottom of the download pop up window, that allows you to download the file for machines with no Z axis.
I did not run it threw fusion or sheet cam because I seen where they made it easy for fireshare to take cut ready projects and download put your few numbers in and supposed to be cut ready
