Hi. Still feel real new to all of this so hoping I am missing it.
Is there a way to go to a certain coordinate on the table?
And/or when I load a part/program instead of a full dry run, is there a way to check my corners are all good?

Thanks, I did learn a few things from those.
However, I still didn’t quite see what I was hoping for. Similar to how you can tell the machine to go to 0,0. I was hoping there was a way to ask it to "go to 7.125,3.25 "
Sounds maybe a little backward but, what if you manually entered into the DRO’s per your example "-7.125, -3.25 " then told the machine to “Go To Work Zero” ?
Never tried that but, I’d think it could work…
Hello I’m having trouble finding what I post to fire control is it me or it an issue with fire control I did update fire control?
You don’t post to Firecontrol. You need to find out where your post processor is saving those files. I don’t use Fusion, but I know you can specify where the files are saved.
In Sheetcam, a window pops up that shows where the file will be saved and you can rename the file before post processing.
In Fusion 360…click on Manufacture on the top left and then fing the Gcode export button and on that pop-up is where you will define the folder where your files will be exported to. Click post on the bottom right I think in that pop-up and you will specify the file name in there.
My mistake when I open firecontrol to cut I can’t find the file and sometimes it’s there but nothing opens I think mine are beening sent to downloads
OK. Have you ever been able to open and cut a file that you created?
It doesn’t really matter where the files go, but you need to know where that is so you can find them. When you hit the file upload button in Firecontrol, you can select where you want to look for the files, whether that is “downloads”, “documents” or a file that you created just for cut files.
Yes I have been able to open and cut I should also mention these are bought files not sure if that makes a difference
That shouldn’t make any difference.
To be clear, are you importing these files into Fusion, creating a tool path and post precessing them with the Firecontrol v1,6 post processor?
I’m trying to understand if your problem is just finding the files or if there is a larger problem.
Yes that’s what I’m doing I did update firecontrol but then went to Langmuir site and downloaded the original 1.6
