Hello, I loaded fire control. I have the ICON on my desktop, when I try to open it, I get nothing. Does it have to be plugged in to my lap top? as the plasma table is still in the box
To use Firecontrol, you must be connected to the table’s controller via the USB cable.
Your desktop has nothing to do with your laptop and the two are not supposed to be connected for any reason.

“…I get nothing.” I’m not exactly sure what this means, but even if you are not connected to the LS controller Firecontrol will open, but everything will be inactive/grayed out.
