so i am totaly lost on how to get a file to run on fire control
The file has to be a G code file, either.nc or .tap file created using the Langmuir v1.6 post processor.
To load the file into Firecontrol, click on the green up arrow next to “load program” in the upper left. That will open a file explorer window that you use to navigate to your file and select it.

It’s in the downloads section of the main Langmuir website. Someone that uses Fusion will have to help you with installing it.
