Everlast Power Plasma 50S wiring

I have a strange question here. Does anyone have a picture of the inside of their Everlast Power Plasma 50S. I had to replace the display board on mine. Doing so I had to move some of the wire from the original connection to the new connection. Not thinking through it at first I pulled two of the wire from the old connector but forgot what position they were in when I went to them into the new connector. I did take some pictures along the way but did not get one of this particular connector. It is an older version of the 50S. I have attached two pictures. Wiring 1 shows the old and new connectors and the wires in question. Wiring 2 better shows the location of the connector.

Can you trace them to the “Rear Socket”

Contact Everlast tec they should be able to help you.

Thank you for the response, but what i am dealing with doesn’t have anything to do with the CNC connector. I had to replace the front display board.

Thank you for the response. I had contacted them and was waiting on a response. Thought I would try my luck on here while I was waiting on them.

I did get the problem resolved on the wiring. The bad part is, it did not resolve the reason I got the new display board. The problem I am having is when I turn the dial to 50, the display reads 69. They thought it was a bad display board. It wasn’t a bad board or I have two bad ones now.

Two display boards bad, could be but I don’t think so as the new one was an updated board. I am guessing its the top board in the picture that is bad.
Does the plasma cutter cut like its running at 50 amps when its turned all the way up.

Both boards read in the high 60s when turned to the far right. So it could be something else other than the display board.

My question originally to the techs was which should I go by the dial or the display. I haven’t used it enough lately to know if it is cutting correctly to the display. In the past I have made cuts using the numbers on the and cuts using the display. But I forget which one works best. If they can’t figure it I guess I’ll have to make a bunch of test cuts and log the results.
