I know a lot of the thread-lock products rely on an anaerobic condition (lack of free oxygen) to cure. That is why many of the bottles are packaged with lots of air in them so they don’t cure. The pressure of the threads squeeze the air out.

I also have this product, similar to your product Sticks but it is slow setting.

638 and use the primer liquid in the little glass bottle on both surfaces to glue, use on shafts into bearings etc. You will not get the shaft back out. Mcmaster sells it.
