What’s up new to the forum and new to the cnc world. I have a crossfire pro, and a everlast 62i. I’ve wired up the THC directly to the torch and ground, but now I’m beyond confused about wiring up the torch on/off, do I use the 2 white wires to pins 1&2 on the cnc port or the black/red 22g wires to pin 1&2? As you can see I already soldered the red/black to it but feel like this is wrong after re reading some stuff on here. Any help is greatly appreciated!
The white wires don’t fit inside the pins like at all. And I’m no soldering expert but that seems to just make it even more difficult with these tiny tiny pins lol
The one you used is the divided voltage wire. It will work, but it’s probably too short. I soldered some short sections of 20ga wire to the pins and then spliced them into the white wires.

The red and black wires are for the THC and do not go to the CNC port.
I detached them and plan to run the white/white to them instead. Hopefully that’s correct
That’s what I’m gonna end up doing. I was like how on earth are people doin this

Just for your info the torch is NEG and the work clamp is POS. Please make sure you wired it as such.
Black lead to torch and red to work clamp.
