Electronics loose wire identitfication

Nearing completion on my XR build and flicked the ON switch - it sparked and blew the breaker. Opened it up and all the electronics are loose and there was a black wire dangling, resting on the flange of that silver box - cause of the spark. Any idea where it goes? I have a hunch something got fried and it’s not going to turn on once I get that wire placed.

Power supply input. Should be a white and black and green to the power supply input 240v or 120v, whichever it’s set to.

Thanks for the info. So it just goes under a screw on that strip along side the white and green?
