Assembly was smooth, unit is solid, downloaded the Mach 3 and problems arose.
Near the end of installation the driver not sensed window pops up. Machine will not operate motors. All leds lit, there is resistant in motors if you try to turn drive screws by hand, and the arrow keys move the position on the screen but nothing else.
Have blisters on my butt from sitting on that #**#@ stool for almost 10 hours, while trying 3 different laptops.
Any ideas, I’m very slow when it comes to computers.

Have you installed the CrossFire V1.1 configuration and fhe motion control plugin?
If not, navigate to the tutorials page and scroll down to find fhe Mach3 installation video. Below is a screenshot of fhe video you need to watch.
