That’s awesome, I’m actually bidding on one similar at an auction right now. '02 F550 Crew cab with the 7.3. It’s a department of transportation truck all set up to deploy traffic control cones and signs. If I get it I’m going to cut it up and build a bed similar to yours with removable sides.
Very cool, mine is 03 the last year, I went back and forth on bed build.I have never needed drop sides BUT at work our big truck has 8 x 16 bed and fork truck side access is the bomb for dbl skids. This is used for wood, dirt, gravel and trash dumping as we prep land to build our forever house over next 5 years
Overhead is for 2 wheel barrels and a 5500wt generater between them.
