Got another stupid question me and my wife finally got lur XR to cut today a VW emblem just to start! Question is I went on the fire share part of this site and downloaded it because we are not up to speed yet on design I downloaded a few ready to cut files but when I go to downloads nothing comes up but the VW emblem why can’t I get anything to pull up in fire control but that I am not used to touch screen and windows anyway we are apple users the little key pad they sent me was broken when I received it so I ordered another one I have the on screen keyboard but still can’t find anything on fire control I can go to my downloads on computer but can’t find them on fire control any ideas

Most of the files on Fireshare are ZIP files that need to be unzipped to access the files inside.
On a Windows computer, go to your downloads file and click once on the file. There should be a pink tab at the top of the screen that says something like “extract”. Click on that and select “extract all”. It will create another folder with all of the extracted files inside.
