I have been cutting 2"x2" squares to determine my kerf and have gotten my accuracy to +/- 20 thou, many times better than that. I then cut a 30" x 30" part. This part was about 1/8" small in both directions. What can I do about this other than make it longer? I am about to make some large drawers and they need to be accurate so they fit.
sounds like your cutting on the wrong side of the line when cutting bigger…and on the smaller ones you might be cutting on the outside…check your tool paths…
the table will mot make that differance…only the cutting program will do that.

What material , how thick ?
I don’t typically use Fusion, and it won’t let me post the ipt. When I import into fusion I lose all the saved cut information

40 amp consumable set to 36 amps but cuts at 39
