Has anyone tried to cut 22 gauge aluminum sheet with the crossfire pro? Will it work?
Yes, I do it quite often in my shop with good results, on my original Crossfire.
25A 127ipm I am using a PrimeWeld CUT60 with standard consumables.

I find my rig is pretty forgiving, a tad less Amps or a tad more speed or both. Experiment on some scrap. BTW “ground” Clamp directly on the material, don’t rely on just clamping on a slat. Hope this helps.
