Cutting stopping early

I created a pretty basic design in fusion360, and loaded into mach3 When it cut the sheet metal it cut the first hole without a problem, but the next two holes and then the entire work piece it left (stopped cutting early) approx 1/4in-1/2in of material. Does anyone know why this is happening, not sure where the problem is being introduced. Below is the finished project and you can see where it didn’t finish the cuts.

In the Fusion 360 simulation did it show the whole line being cut on those 3 pieces? It looks as if those might have had separate unconnected line segments that didn’t get included in the toolpath. Use the “vcr” controls on the simulation screen to slow it down and zoom in to see if it’s cutting those.

It doesn’t look like a fail from insufficient air or power because although the two circles have it happening in the same place (therefore with the same amount of torch “on” time), the outer box is significantly larger and it worked correctly for a longer cut.

Yes fusion shows it all being cut. Very simple part it stopped cutting on the two circles (which were both done as basic normal circles) and the rectangle was a complete 2 point rectangle through fusion 360. I’m happy to share with anyone as i’ve had it happen before an at a loss to why.

I haven’t been using Fusion much any more so this is just a thought…is there a TAB setting that may have accidentally been set on those lines? Tabs are used to hold parts in place.

I’m having a similar problem with my thermal dynamics cutskill35. I have tried different torch heights, new consumables etc but to no avail. I am able to cut certain parts/paths but co sisterly find the torch will “flame out” while the gantry (and air post flow) conti is on their way tracing out the rest of the cut.

As a quick update, i have replaced my earth clamp and am clamping it directly to the workpiece (and not the slats). Having more luck but too soon to be convinced! Will keep you all posted.
