Cutting is not consistent or accurate. Need a little help figuring out what I am doing wrong.

I just posted a bunch of my cuts, trying to figure out how good of quality I should expect from this machine. I think I made it too wordy, only had one reply.
Yours are odd, that center of the bomb fin is off on all cuts, and the curve in the bottle opener changes a bit. I’m curious what’s going on, I don’t have any ideas.
Disregard all after. I check the set screws on the stepper motors and they were loose. Tightened them up and it is cutting clean as a whistle.

I’m going to check mine again too then. I was going to suggest those couplers, but I though there would be more variation if that was the culprit.
