hello i am starting to get the hang of this but have a question. i just got the 40 amp tips from george. they are amazing! cuts alot smoother and dont run into as many air problems while i wait for my bigger tank. question is most of the letters didnt fully cut and i some inside of o’s and around corners that were jagged. im cutting 14 gauge at 35 amps 60 psi and i was running at 85 ipm. any help would be appreciated! also what do people use to clean their rails?
Make sure the air is dry. Also I would think more psi is needed like around 75psi.
