I just found a stack of aluminized steel sheet remnants, does anybody have experience cutting this material?
Not with the crossfire pro but but I’ve cut a couple thousand miles of it with my wilder slitter.
It is just a very thin coating of aluminum on those mild steel sheets I would assume it would cut very similar to zinc coated sheets ( galvanized)
I’ve cut galvanized on my crossfire pro I’ve been having very decent luck with standard mild steel settings from the hypertherm cut charts.
