Cutting.100 aluminum help

Any suggestions for cutting .100 aluminum on a RazorWeld 30i

Nearest on the Google sheet is .125 at 45A & 40ipm.

Would think 30A/30ipm might be a good place to start with .1" stock.

Let us know what works and we’ll add it to the sheet for the next guy. :slightly_smiling_face:

We are cutting .100 6062 Alum @ 36 A @ 110ipm torch @ .065 with clean cuts.

@Stedman I am curious, what size tips are you using?

.09 is the tip size…

Cool, what I thought. You having any issues with bowed aluminum sheets? How do you deal with them?

Lay them on top to hold down. Tried the same but I need to find something heavier and bigger what covers more area
