Cuts great until I turn THC on

My system has been working fine. I’ve been fine tuning my AMP/line speed and found a good medium - all with THC on in Firecontrol. Now I have a new problem - with THC on, the torch will fire and start the cut but only run for about 2 - 3 seconds and stops.

I’ve tried recreating the nc file, even created a new image from scratch. THe only way to get a file to cut, is to turn THC off in firecontrol before starting the run.

Can anyone help please

What are you seeing for live voltage when the torch is on?

it reads 0 while it’s cutting with THC on. If I turn it off, it works fine.
