CutControl v22.1.1 is definitely compatible with Apple Silicon processors; I just ran it on my M2 Mac Mini without issue.
Are you seeing an error saying the program is from an “unidentified developer” or that it is “damaged and should be moved to the trash”? If so, it’s likely that MacOS is preventing CutControl from opening for “security” purposes. Check out this Forum post for a workaround via the System Settings, or try navigating to the Applications folder via Finder (not Launchpad), command-clicking CutControl, and selecting “Open”.
