Thought it would be a good idea to post what you have had good experiance with in regards to cut speeds, height offset and amps for a given material. I want everyone to post what they have had good success with so others can try. Copy and paste the same format as below for yours!
Machine: ViperCut 30i
Material: 16g Steel & 22g Steel
Speed of cut: 75ipm
Amps: 20-25 amps
Height Offset: .06
Notes: Little slag, edges very smooth
