So does anyone know what what be going on here. Ive had my machine for quit some time now and always clean and make sure its in good working condition. Whenni manually jot the machine there are no hickups in it but when its cutting it occasionally moves. Here are some examples
How big is this piece?
do you have a lead out?
May you list your material thickness as well as the parameters of the cut.
Everything is tight on the z axis ? no shaking?
Which table do you have? which plasma torch?
Rails clean? End stops on the lead screws tight against the bearings?
Ok i was going to cleaning everything and i was manually moving everything and i have a Y axis motor that is sticking. it doesnt move freely like the other one. it is hard to spin and comes to a stop. Im thinking this is for sure the problem
