Hey Everyone, not sure if anyone else has ran into this issue but when I downloaded the cut control software on to the MC4000 it downloaded as a .CR file and refused to open. Just for anyones reference, you can click the file and rename the extension to .msi, delete the “.cr” or whatever may be there and replace with “.msi” without the quotes. Should install without issue after that.
