Hello looking to getting into building custom implements on my pro ( buckets for mini excavators ) was wondering If most of you design them from scratch if so what design program are you using?

Online SVG image converter (online-convert.com)
you might need to convert files to SVG to put them in your program. i use this site but there and many that do the same thing. I do this for fun not business mainly layered signs and 2D got boring so getting into 3D making myself. Smple stuff not super advanced yet. GL with your building.
