I’ve got the xr with a hypertherm 85 sync, I have been running this table for a few years and never a problem. For some reason only with my 85 amp consumable it freezes at the end of the first cut and keeps the plasma firing. I have to shut the xr off and back on to unfreeze it. fine cut and 45 amp work great. I havent changed anything on my table or plasma. Any ideas what changed? I’ve been having no luck calling customer support so I thought I would reach out here

Does Firecontrol become unresponsive IE no longer able to jog, etc?
Does your computer show a disconnect at any point IE hardware manager shows active connections.
Does this happen with another 85 amp consumable, just to rule out the consumable itself?
What’s the resistance on your work cable? I believe anything more than 1 ohm or so can be subject to interference.
