Suddenly my Crossfire Pro went dead under a cut, used a file from fireshare, maybe there was a virus there ?. Now Firecontrol is gray and I don’t get contact with program, it says re flash and check usb connection, usb is ok, but I cant reflash, it’s starts and goes ca 75% and stops.. Any on got an idea what I can do ?
If Firecontrol is grayed out, it’s not getting power from the USB cable or the USB port on your computer. The Langmuir board is powered by the USB port on your computer. Try a different one or a different computer. Check the cable . The board could have gone bad. Don’t flash anything before you get it to communicate. Many laptops use powersaver chips that turn off USB ports if the battery is low.
