Crossfire Pro Screen

Has anyone set up a permanent screen (not a laptop) for the Crossfire Pro?

Can this even be done?

I was looking at getting one of these style computers for my crossfire.

It’s a touch screen with a built-in PC.

I’m not sure if that’s what you’re talking about?

Hi Tin Whisperer

Yes, I was thinking something like this, this is not a bad idea at all. It seems many other cnc plasmas are set up with touch screens. I have no experience with cnc plasmas and my plasma is yet to leave the states so I have no idea what is compatible.

Search for Mini PC and you’ll find plenty of examples.

Thanks Tom, I’ll have a look

This is what runs my table. I have a mini PC and an Asus touchscreen. The only downside of the touchscreen is that I have to keep a keyboard pinned to the toolbar, because Firecontrol 20.6.2 doesn’t open the windows keyboard when you click on a data entry field.

The Mini PC works flawlessly. Just Networked it to the other computers and send files right to it.

Nice set up. Thanks for sharing. The screen looks like it can swivel and tuck away neatly when not being used.

Great set up here and thanks for showing. This is a big help and has reminded me of a couple of things I need to do before the machine arrives.
