When I press jog in fire control the x axis moves side to side but will not move along the Y axis. It seems to try but stops. When I have it set at 200 it moves along the Y axis when I press the forward and back buttons on the program. When I set it back to 400 it stops. Today when I tried to home it, it made an abnormally loud sound that did not happen the other day. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Go back and readjust your y roller tensions, to tight and are binding.

yes, check the ball nuts and tension on ball screws as well.
