Cross fire table will mot move

Hi, I just got my table haven’t even made the first cut yet. Came out about 2 weeks ago after getting all of the torch control installed and moved the table around using the directional pad on the computer. Didn’t have an issue moved it around to each corner circles etc. came up last weekend move it around again with the directional pad no issue. Hooked up the plasma cutter uploaded the G code for a design I wanted to do a test cut with and the table won’t move. The green light at the USB port is on but no lights are on on the black box’s for the axis. When the switch is on I have 115v coming in and to the power supply. The power supply light is on and I have 36v leaving the power supply and getting to each of the axis drivers but nothing moves. I do not have the torch height control or the z axis upgrades yet. I’ve also tried uninstalling fire control on my computer and reinstalling it and that hasn’t changed anything. Ive contacted Langmuir via email on 6/30/25 and haven’t gotten anything back. Very lost I had my first sale lined up and was ready to get the ball rolling but I’m worried I won’t make it in time now as I’ve been trying to YouTube and forum trouble shoot this thing for over a weeks now.

It sounds like you’ve covered the most common reasons for no movement. It might be a bad motion control board. Langmuir is the only one that can help with that.

That’s what I was thinking too. I put a ticket in with them last Monday and haven’t heard back from them yet.

Hey @Chris94 would you mind sending me a DM with your contact info? That way I can find your account in our system and get a new control board sent out to you. I didn’t find your current email in our email software so maybe you used a different one last Monday?

Thank you.
