should the electronics box and the table frame have continuity?
i wouldn’t think so. is there a procedure for testing it. i’m getting continuity with all power on and computer connected.
It should not you may end up with electrical interference.
Do you have plastic isolator installed between the box and frame?

you can test it with a multi meter. Set it to Ohm’s and touch one lead to the case and one to the frame, Meter should read 0

No …put one lead on the usb printer style plug outer shield. And the other to the table frame.
It should be open or 0.
If you get a reading unplug the usb from control box and see if you still have continuity to the outside of the control box.
If you do, you need to unplug the control box from the outlet and check it again. If you still have continuity the bushings or touching somewhere.
Let me know how it works out.
Some times its the ground on the computer plug making the ground loop. We will address that if everything else passes.
