Connecting three stage filter,motor guardand hf dry

I have an 80 gallon compressor have a 3-stage drying system Moto guard M100 and the Harbor Freight dryer. Don’t know that I need to start at the head of the compressor I just want to come out of the tank in which order should I set it up?

Dryer first, then filters, then the motor guard. Motor guard filters should be changed every week.

From the compressor to the dryer do you use copper lines depression fit or black pipe or can you use hose?

I use RapidAir 1/2" nylon tubing and fittings throughout my shop. Works well and easy to set up/modify.
