My system is only a few months old. I had a problem a few weeks ago where it wouldn’t boot all the way and kept crashing. I unplugged the pc and waited an hour. It worked fine after that. I haven’t used much but went to turn it on now and it wont boot without crashing. Ive tried repair. It crashes. I even tried erase all and reinstall it crashes. I get different erros next to the QR code when it crashes.
I would start with errors
Cant even get it to boot in safe mode to work on any of the many different errors
