I had 2 USB ports do that
I tried a second laptop same thing nothing changed when I connected USB cable
As @ds690 asked.
Does the light in the back of the langmuir electronics enclosure around where the USB plugs into glows green when the other end is plugged into the laptop.
And you’re just using a standard USB A to USB B cable
I can cut cut ready programs now but i am having problems setting up programs
