I have finally completed my setup and have attempted to make my first cut. I was unable to get the torch to fire so after spending hours on the forum and reading several postings I was able to get it to fire. Now the problem is that it only fires for the first cut and the “pauses”. The upper left hand corner indicates that there is “no connection”. and once I opened up the electronics, there are two flashing yellow lights that I imagine are not supposed to be flashing. currently the wiring is configured like this.
While looking at the front of my Razorweld 45 the left barrel plug is plugged into the torch on/off on the electronics.
The right barrel plug is plugged into DIV input.
The THC plug on the electronics is plugged into the DIV output and nothing is plugged into the PV output. I am able to get the torch to fire manually no problem and have checked that everything is pressed all the way in inside the electronics fixture. All help is appreciated as I am very excited to cut my first project without any issues.
