Seems like everything I cut is incomplete. There is always a place or two, even using designs from the fireshare repository, that do not cut completely through the material. Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Pictures speak a thousand words.
I’ll take a guess and say maybe it’s the initial pierce, and when the cut path leads it back to the start, you’re left with whatever wasn’t cut at the beginning.

Work clamp on the metal you’re cutting?
Cut height?
Pierce height?
Air pressure at the torch?
Type of plasma cutter?
Consumables, Amazon, Plasmadyne, etc.
How big is your air compressor?
