Circles incomplete

Plasma cutter not cutting complete circle.Stops,1/2" from the end of one and then moves on to the next.

Anyone have any suggestion havent really had time to mess with it yet.Checked and 2T setting is correct.Cutting great otherwise.

Is that only happening on circles?

What if you just cut a straight line 10 in Long? Did the torch stop before it reaches the end?

What kind of material you’re cutting, how big of a diameter of a hole and what speed are you cutting at?

Maybe you could post the did you code it was used during the failure.

From what I can see its only happening on circles, both small and larger.

Cutting 0.0625" hot rolled mild steel sheet.120 in/min.0.060" clearance.

Have to try cutting a line when I get back to the shop.

If you are using Fusion. Use the cut compensation function for all your circles.
Then open a new cut file for the other cuts.

could you have tabs setup in the cut? like in fusion its part of the cut setup to leave tabs.

That is a very good point. I have had that happen.
If that is the case, it will also show up on cutting out rectangles or any complete contour of adequate size but it would not show up on a single line cut.

Edit: I am afraid this is one of those situations where the OP is not supplying enough detail to know what is going on.

but its a simple thing, and would be a easy fix instead of trying to find a failure mode.
